The Formlabs Fuse 1+ 30W SLS 3D printer is an innovative solution for demanding industrial applications, enabling high-precision, cost-effective 3D printing at high speeds. With a wide range of materials, it offers versatile possibilities for various projects. Different nylon materials, TPU, and polypropylene can be processed.

The SLS process uses the powder bed principle, where only the material needed for printing an object is used. This results in less waste and reduced material costs. Additionally, the 3D printer stands out for its user-friendliness, which is partly due to the intuitive PreForm software.

Another highlight of the Formlabs Fuse 1+ is its post-processing solutions, which make the entire printing process even more efficient. The Fuse Sift ensures efficient recycling of excess powder and aids in part extraction, powder storage, and mixing. The Fuse Blast provides an effective method for cleaning and polishing printed parts. The machine uses a blasting gun to remove residual powder from the parts, creating a smooth, clean surface. This significantly improves the quality of the final product and reduces the time required for manual cleaning of parts.

The entire Formlabs Fuse 1+ ecosystem is thus an excellent solution for companies that need high-quality and functional prototypes, end products, or specialized components. The system’s precision, material variety, and efficiency make it a valuable tool for innovative developments and solutions in various application areas.

You are welcome to learn more about the Formlabs Fuse 1+ at our booth A1-1411. Initial information about the 3D printer can be found in the download area.
